Job Description:
- Ability to make requests and offers related to operation
- Creating and follow up work orders
- Handling all shipping – Clearance and Trucking Orders
- Handling and follow up with suppliers and clients
- Preparing All Required Documents
- Coordinate and monitoring all operation Orders
- Ensuring that all work orders are going in the correct path
- Shipment Follow Up And Sending Reports To Clients
- Utilizing logistics IT Programs to optimize work orders
- Coordinate logistics suppliers and internal staff According to availabilities and requirements
- Arrange orders to ensure they meet clients’ needs
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to achieve profitable deals and to reach customer satisfaction
- Plan and track shipments
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience At Logistics field
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English
- Excellent in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professionally level of attention to detail.
- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Flexibility to work Alone Or In A Team Work
