Senior Accountant

Job Description:

• Prepare daily accounting entries and calculation of prepayments and payroll and posting all entries to the trial balance.
• Perform General ledger reconciliations including Intercompany reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Conduct day-to-day transactions and any necessary documentation.
• Prepare all the regulatory reports, including Quarterly financial statements, any regular analysis reports, etc.
• Demonstrate the month-end and year-end closing activities as per accounting policies and procedures based on IFRS and local GAAP.
• Ensure the adequacy of the financial reserves on monthly basis.
• Liaise with our tax consultant and provide any necessary data for tax inspection purposes and preparing the annual tax return.
• Assist in VAT and corporate tax reporting and compliance.
• Assist in producing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• E-invoices generating, monitoring and reconciliation.
• Participate in financial accounting projects as requested.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Proven experience in accounting from 2 to 5 years.
• Very good knowledge of tax laws and dealing with ETA.
• Experience in Odoo ERP system is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong team working and ownership skills.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and Innovative thinker.
• Excellent in Microsoft (Word, excel, etc.), ERP system and common applications.
