Job Requirments


  • Experience in supplier management, logistics, or procurement (2-4 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and shipping procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and data management skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier database, including contractors, transport providers, import/export agents, trackers, brokers, and customs clearance agents.
  • Monitor shipping line operations, liaising with agents to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries.
  • Submit Verified Gross Mass (VGM) for export shipments in compliance with regulations.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on predefined criteria to determine their eligibility for the company’s whitelist.
  • Manage operational filing and data entry, ensuring accurate documentation of supplier transactions.
  • Handle supplier settlements, ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies.
  • Oversee all supplier-related matters, acting as the main point of contact for supplier coordination.
  • Make reservations with shipping lines or agents
  • Organize and maintain supplier documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Verify supplier invoices, checking for accuracy and resolving any billing issues.
