We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Odoo Developer with strong expertise in both backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, developing, and optimizing Odoo modules to support diverse business needs while enhancing overall system performance. Key responsibilities include improving the user interface and user experience, integrating third-party applications, and ensuring seamless functionality across multiple business processes. This role also requires close collaboration with functional and technical teams to analyze requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable, and effective Odoo solutions.
Odoo Developer Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules according to business needs.
- Create and maintain Python scripts for server-side logic and automation.
- Optimize database structure, performance, and security.
- Integrate Odoo with external systems through APIs and web services.

Debug and troubleshoot backend issues promptly.
Frontend Development
- Customize and enhance Odoo’s web interface using XML, JavaScript, and QWeb templates.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly UI/UX designs.
- Modify website/eCommerce modules to match company branding and requirements.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with functional consultants to gather and understand business requirements.
- Document technical specifications, module changes, and development processes.

Provide technical support and training to internal teams.
Odoo Developer Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Languages: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Odoo development (both backend and frontend).
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, QWeb, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture, ORM, workflows, and security mechanisms.
- Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
- Familiarity with Git version control and Odoo deployment practices.
- Knowledge of Linux server environments is an advantage.
