• Booking confirmation is subject to space and equipment availability. 
  
• The booking must be prepaid.
  
• Assign containers & Pick up 3 working days before the cutoff
  
• The arrival date of the vessel and the transit time are estimates, meaning they can change due to various factors such as weather, port delays, or other operational issues.
• The rate is based on non-IMO & non-DGR. Unless requested. 
• DGR & IMO rates are upon request.
• Rates are quoted based on ocean freight rates only, unless other services are requested.
• Stuffing cargo in bulk is not acceptable
• THC is subject to change against the currency exchange rate.
• Rates are valid till the end of the month unless other validity is specified.
• Gate in and finish the customs certificate one working day before the cutoff.
