1. Application on and Acceptance of the Terms
1.1 The terms and conditions in this document and the Privacy Policy, the Product Listing Policy, and any other rules and policies of the Sites that acslogco.com may publish from time to time, govern your use of the services, software, and products offered by acslogco.com. The "Terms" refer to this agreement as well as any additional acslogco.com rules and policies that may apply. You agree to accept and abide by the Terms by using the Services or by accessing the Sites. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not use the Services or the Websites.
1.2 If either (a) you are not of legal age to enter into a legally binding contract with acslogco.com or (b) you are not eligible to receive the Services under Egyptian law, you may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms.
1.3 You understand and agree that any Terms may be updated at any time by acslogco.com by posting the appropriate amended and restated Terms on the Sites. You agree that the modified Terms will apply to you if you use the Services or the Sites going forward.
1.4 If the English language version of the Terms has been translated by acslogco.com and has been posted or made available, you acknowledge that the translation is only being made available for your convenience and that only the English language version will apply to your use of the Services or the Sites.
1.5 For any Service, you might need to sign a different contract with acslogco.com (either online or offline) (collectively, "Additional Agreements"). The Additional Agreement shall prevail over the Terms only concerning the Service in question if there is any dispute or discrepancy between the Terms and the Additional Agreement.
1.6 The Terms may not be changed in any other way besides by acslogco.com's authorized officer in writing.
2. Provision of Services
2.1 The acslogco.com contracting organization with which you are doing business is ACS Logistics Co. under Alexandria City.
2.2 To access and use some Services, you must register as a member on the Sites. Furthermore, acslogco.com retains the right to impose additional requirements at our discretion or to restrict Users' access to or use of specific Services (or any elements within the Services) without prior notice.
2.3 There may be regional and national variations in the Services (or any elements therein). There is no guarantee or representation that a certain Service, its feature or function, or the same kind and scope of the Service, its feature and function, will be accessible to Users. In our sole discretion, acslogco.com may, about different Users, restrict, refuse, or establish varying levels of access to and use of any Services (or any elements within the Services).
2.4 Without giving previous notice, Acslogco.com may start, upgrade, place restrictions on, suspend, or terminate the Services (or any features within the Services).
2.5 On behalf of ACS Logistics Co., some Services may be offered by affiliates of acslogco.com.
2.6 All tracking details and data, including dates and locations, are provided by acslogco.com as estimated and are subject to vary depending on the carriers and other factors.
2.7 All tracking phases and data, including values and taxes, supplied by acslogco.com are approximations that may be subject to adjustment depending on customs and governmental regulations.
3. Users Generally
3.1 You acknowledge and agree that access to and use of the acslogco.com services are subject to your compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
3.2 You acknowledge that you will only use the acslogco.com services for internal and private purposes. You concur that
(a) Any Services or information, text, pictures, graphics, video clips, sound, directories, files, databases, listings, etc. available on or via acslogco.com (the "Site Content") may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, republished, sold, distributed, or resold.
(b) You won't utilize any of the Site Content in any way to operate a business that is in direct competition with acslogco.com or for any other type of commercial exploitation. Without the express written consent of acslogco.com, systematic retrieval of Site Content from the Sites is not permitted with the intent to directly or indirectly create or assemble a collection, compilation, database, or directory.
(c) Any use of the information or materials on acslogco.com that is not specifically authorized by the Terms is forbidden.
3.3 You must read the privacy policy on acslogco.com before accepting its terms and allowing it to use your data about you in line with those terms. The privacy policy controls how personal data about Users is protected and used by acslogco.com.
3.4 Acslogco.com may provide links (in the form of text links, banners, channels, or other graphics) or APIs to the websites of third parties so that users can access the content, goods, or services they offer. Before using the Sites, you are advised to review the terms and conditions and/or privacy policies of such websites. You agree that acslogco.com has no control over and doesn't monitor the websites of these third parties and that it won't be held accountable or liable for any material, goods, or services made accessible on those websites.
3.5 You consent to refrain from taking any steps that would jeopardize the reliability of acslogco.com's and/or other Users' computer systems or networks or grant unauthorized access to those systems or networks.
3.6 You acknowledge that you will not take any actions that would impair the credibility of acslogco.com's feedback system, such as submitting favorable reviews for yourself using additional Member IDs or through third parties, or by criticizing another User in an unsupported manner.
3.7 By publishing or otherwise making available any information, content, or material (collectively, "User Content") on the Sites or by sending any User Content to acslogco.com or our representative(s), you grant acslogco.com a perpetual, royalty-free, and sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) license to use, display, transmit, distribute, reproduce, publish, duplicate, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit any You affirm and guarantee that you have the rights, power, and authority necessary to give the aforementioned license to acslogco.com.
4. Member Accounts
4.1 To access or utilize particular Services, a User must first register on the Sites (a registered User is also referred to as a "Member" hereunder). One User may only register one member account on acslogco.com unless authorized by the website.
If Acslogco.com has cause to believe that a User has concurrently registered or managed two or more member accounts, Acslogco.com may cancel or terminate a User's member account. Additionally, acslogco.com reserves the right to deny a user's registration request for any reason.
4.2 Each time a new user registers on one of the Sites, acslogco.com assigns them an account, a member ID, and a password (which they must choose themselves). For the Member to send or receive emails, an account may have a web-based email account with a constrained amount of storage.
4.3 Each account has a different combination of Member ID and password. The secrecy and security of your Member ID and password, as well as all activities that take place under your account, are your complete responsibility as a Member. No Member may divulge, transfer, or appoint their Member account, ID, or password to anybody outside of their business firm. If a member becomes aware of any unauthorized use of their account, or password, or for any other security reason, they undertake to alert acslogco.com right away.
4.4 Members understand that sharing their account with others or allowing numerous users who are not affiliated with their business entity to use their account (collectively referred to as "multiple use") may harm acslogco.com or other users of the sites in ways that are irreparable. The member is responsible for holding the directors, employees, agents, and representatives of acslogco.com harmless from any loss or damage, including any loss of profits that may be incurred as a result of the various uses of your account. Acslogco.com has the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without incurring any liability to the member if there has been unauthorized use of the member's account or if the member has failed to maintain the security of the member's account.
4.5 A user account on acslogco.com will be limited and finally blocked if it hasn't been enabled for 90 calendar days.
5. Member’s Responsibilities
5.1 Each Member affirms, guarantees, and stipulates that:
(a) You are fully qualified and able to accept the Terms, provide the license and authorization, and fulfill your duties under this agreement.
(b) You exclusively utilize the Sites and Services for professional purposes.
(c) Your business entity's principal place of business is the address you indicate when registering. A branch or liaison office shall not be regarded as a separate entity for this clause, and your head office will be taken into account as your principal place of business.
5.2 As part of the registration process on the Sites, your use of any Service, or the creation of the member account, you will be requested to give information or material about your company, business, or products/services. Each Member affirms, guarantees, and stipulates that:
(a) All of the aforementioned information and content, whether provided during the registration process or subsequently when using the Sites or Service, is true, accurate, current, and exhaustive.
(b) To keep the information true, accurate, current, and comprehensive, you must immediately update it.
5.3 By signing up as a Member, you agree to have your contact information added to our Buyer Database and give acslogco.com and our affiliate’s permission to share that information with other Users and use it in other ways consistent with the Privacy Policy.
5.4 Each Member understands and accepts that they are solely responsible for adhering to all laws and regulations that are relevant to their use of the Site and Services in their respective locations.
6. Force Majeure
6.1 Under no circumstances will acslogco.com be held responsible for any failure, delay, or disruption of the information or services offered by the website that is caused directly or indirectly by acts of God, outside forces, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Including but not limited to Internet outages, computer, telecommunications, or other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages, or any other similar event.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 All of the rights and interests in the Sites and the Site Content belong to Acslogco.com alone or a legitimate licensee. The websites and their contents contain proprietary information and other intellectual property that is shielded by copyright and other international laws. All intellectual property rights, title, and ownership in the Sites and Site Content shall remain with acslogco.com, our affiliates, or the Site Content's licensors, as applicable. The Terms and acslogco.com hereby reserve all rights not expressly granted in the Terms.
7.2 "ACS Logistics Co.," "acslogco.com," and similar icons and logos are registered trademarks or trademarks or service marks of acslogco.com and are thus protected by the relevant copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights laws. These trademarks may not be copied, modified, used, or published without permission.
7.3 To deliver the Services, Acslogco.com may work with unaffiliated third parties (e.g., the authentication and verification service providers). Without prior explicit consent from these independent third parties, you are not allowed to use any trademarks, service marks, or logos of such parties.
8. Notices
8.1 The contractual party with whom you are doing business is ACS Logistics Co. under Alexandria City.
8.2 Before using some Services, you must sign up as a member of the Sites. Additionally, acslogco.com has the right to place additional restrictions, at our discretion, on Users' use of particular Services (or any elements within the Services) or access to them under certain conditions.

8.4 Without prior notice, Acslogco.com may start, upgrade, place restrictions on, suspend, or terminate the Services (or any elements within the Services).
8.5 Some Services could be offered by affiliates of acslogco.com on behalf of ACS Logistics Co.
8.6 All tracking information and statistics, including dates and locations, are provided by acslogco.com on an estimated basis and are subject to vary depending on the carriers and global conditions.
8.7 All tracking milestones and information supplied by acslogco.com, such as values and taxes, are approximations that may be subject to change depending on customs and governmental regulations.
9. General Provisions
9.1 The Terms comprise the complete agreement between you and acslogco.com respecting and governing your use of acslogco.com and supersede any earlier written agreements concerning the subject matter herein, subject to any Additional Agreements.
9.2 There is no agency, partnership, or employee-employer relationship intended or created by the Terms between Acslogco.com and you. You and Acslogco.com are independent contractors.
9.3 If any provision of the Terms is determined to be defective or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in effect.
9.4 Headings are merely used as a guide and in no way limit or otherwise construe the contents of a section.
9.5 Acslogco.com's failure to enforce a right or its inaction in response to a violation of the Terms by you will not be construed as a waiver of that right or of acslogco.com's right to act in response to similar or subsequent violations.
9.6 Acslogco.com is free to transfer the Terms (together with all of our rights, titles, advantages, interests, obligations, and duties therein) to any individual or legal organization. The Terms may not be fully or partially assigned by you to anyone or anything.
10. Updated Terms
10.1 For any reason at any time, ACS Logistics Co. maintains the right to modify or replace the title, tags, and description of any service. Upon notice, any adjustments, changes, additions, or deletions shall take effect right away.
